Vitamary Digital (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital marketing, advertising, consulting, and related digital services through vitamarydigital.com.
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

1. Digital Services – No Physical Products

Vitamary Digital offers digital services only.
No physical products are sold or shipped. Therefore, traditional “returns” do not apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable once the service has started or resources have been allocated.

However, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet started, and

  • No work, setup, research, ad account access, or strategy preparation has been initiated.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services that have already started or been delivered

  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, or consulting sessions that have taken place

  • Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)

  • Dissatisfaction due to results, performance, or expectations not guaranteed

  • Delays caused by missing information, access, or approvals from the client

4. Third-Party Platforms

Vitamary Digital does not control third-party platforms such as advertising networks, payment processors, or analytics tools.

Any fees paid directly or indirectly to third parties are non-refundable.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy.

We encourage clients to contact us directly at info@vitamarydigital.com to resolve any billing concerns before filing a dispute with their bank or payment provider.

6. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted
